Class Representative Program (“Room Reps”)
Connecting families, supporting teachers, building community across every grade at Charles Wright Academy.
About the Program
The Class Representative Program is a Family Association-led volunteer effort that connects parent volunteers with teachers, staff, and families across all four CWA divisions. Class Reps help build community within each class, support classroom and school-wide events, and serve as a friendly point of contact for fellow parents. Our goal is to support and encourage — without placing the burden of planning or managing activities on faculty and administration. Reps are trusted partners who help bring our community together.
Become a Class Rep (Nominations)
Interested in becoming a Class Representative for your child's class? We'd love to hear from you! Nominations are open each spring for the upcoming school year.
Class Reps serve a one-year minimum commitment, with many continuing for additional years to help onboard new reps. Tell us a little about yourself using the form below — the Family Association and CWA leadership will follow up before the end of the school year.
Family Association Class Rep Coordinators
The Class Rep Program is led by volunteer co-coordinators who work alongside Family Association leadership and CWA faculty to support reps across all divisions. Co-coordinators will lead the monthly meetings and communicate helpful and timely info about things going on at the school and within each division as it is helpful for the class reps to know and share with their families! Co-coordinators also help manage the classroom budgets and ensure all class reps are supported well. You are always able to reach out to the coordinators anytime with questions, ideas, or to get involved.
